  • What is your pet policy?

    We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.


    All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

  • What Types of Apartments Are Available?

    Livano Knoxville offers studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes along Knoxville’s South Waterfront. Our residences feature leathered granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, luxury wood-style flooring, full-size washers and dryers, generous closets, and private balconies or patios in select homes. Residents also enjoy signature amenities including Trapeze Coffee, a 24/7 Marketplace, professional Workplace, a resort-style pool overlooking the Tennessee River, and a two-story fitness center.

    Yes. Livano Knoxville offers a private parking garage exclusively for residents, providing convenient parking close to home. Our community also features EV charging stations for residents with electric vehicles.


  • What Public Transportation Options Are Available Nearby?

    Livano Knoxville is served by Knoxville Area Transit (KAT), with nearby South Knoxville service including Route 40 and Route 41 Chapman Highway. KAT provides connections throughout Knoxville, including Downtown Knoxville and Knoxville Station, where riders can transfer to additional routes across the city.


  • What School District Serves Livano Knoxville?

    Livano Knoxville is located within Knox County Schools. Nearby public schools include South Knox Elementary School, South-Doyle Middle School, and South-Doyle High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
