We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Livano Knoxville offers studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes along Knoxville’s South Waterfront. KAT provides connections throughout Knoxville, including Downtown Knoxville and Knoxville Station, where riders can transfer to additional routes across the city.

Livano Knoxville is located within Knox County Schools. Nearby public schools include South Knox Elementary School, South-Doyle Middle School, and South-Doyle High School. Because school attendance boundaries can change, residents should contact the school district directly to confirm specific school assignments.
